Established in 1825 Stock Page Stock are well versed in handling all property requirements and provide a keen, efficient and professional service. We are still the Managing Agents of many Residential Blocks in the City Area that were designed by Mr Stock and built by Stock Page Stock in the 1800's, despite these having passed through many different Freeholder ownerships.
BASED IN THE CITY
Stock Page Stock are based in the Barbican and City area, specialising in residential block management, investments and in particular property management for both the corporate and domestic sectors. Our team of specialists have extensive experience and specialisation in all areas, catered to meet your specific requirements.
STAFFING
We have a senior property surveyor who would prepare a 15 year Capex plan for your residential block and a senior property manager to take care of the day to day management of your block. Our accounts department is headed by an accountant with over 40 years in block property management.
MARKETING SUPPORT
As part of our comprehensive marketing strategy, we ensure that both residential and commercial lettings are advertised on Rightmove and On The Market, giving the best possible marketing exposure for your property.

Our management portfolio of clients is always expanding and we currently have a wide list of prospective purchasers, investors, tenants and companies looking for the appropriate investment opportunities. We have 100's of individual units under our management, mainly based within the M25 area.
